Thank you for your interest in the Education Administrative Assistant Position at First Baptist Church of Chattanooga. We are seeking a fulltime Administrative Assistant for the Education Ministries of the church.
The Assistant must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, various social media platforms (and their managment) and graphics programs. The responsibility will be both clerical within the office and occasionally providing assistance to the church's educational ministries outside our walls.
An energetic, outgoing and professional demeanor is a must. The assistant needs to be self-motivated, able to work in a fast paced environment and function efficiently throughout many distractions and interruptions. This person will be and must function within a team environment.
Prior experience is desired.
